We have a vacancy for a class teacher to join our current team of skilled and enthusiastic teachers. This is a full-time vacancy in a class of wonderful Year 1 children.
We are a happy, friendly school in a vibrant village community. Our aim is to provide a supportive and nurturing learning environment for everyone. We know that having the right staff, and looking after them, enables us to achieve this and we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working class teacher who will put our children first.
The successful applicant will have high expectations for themselves and for all the children that they teach. He/she will know how to inspire others to achieve, and show commitment to self-improvement with a reflective and determined attitude. A track record of good team work and a supportive, collaborative attitude is essential, as we believe that teaching is a team sport.
Greens Norton is a village primary school with brilliant children and a friendly committed staff. We are small enough that every child is known to every adult in school, but large enough to provide a variety of opportunities for our children to flourish. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants and references will be requested for short-listed applicants prior to interview and will form part of the interview process. The successful applicant will also be expected to undertake a medical questionnaire.
