Monday 23rd March

Morning wonderful Magpies!

I hope that you have all had a brilliant weekend and that you are ready for your learning at home! It feels very different not taking the register and welcoming you to the classroom but I’m sure you will have fun learning at home!

Today’s learning activities are explained below. You will not need to print them out as you can just write them straight into your home learning book.

Today we are recapping over our understanding of odd and even numbers and using it to help us solve problems. There is a quick reminder on the sheet to get you started! If you would like an extra challenge then make up your own true and false questions!

Today we are thinking back to our character descriptions about the magical dragons. Your challenge is to write some sentences describing the dragon in the picture. Make sure you include some interesting adjectives to bring your dragon to life!

For our topic learning, we are continuing to learn about Captain Scott and prepare for our adventure to the South Pole!

Remember you also have Oxford Reading Buddies and Times Table Rock Stars to keep you busy!

We will be thinking of you all! Keep safe!
