Science

We love doing science. We looked at teeth in year 3 and we got to look at a real skull. We looked at animals teeth and humans and compared them.

We love doing experiments amd we would like to do more of them.

Also, we like going ton trips to places like Everdon, where we can do pond-dipping and look at things closely in the countryside in their own habitats. Mr Gilbey and Mrs Stafford do really good science lessons with us.

Maths

I like learning my times tables. We learn them up to 12's. I know nearly all mine.

Playtimes

We like being with our friends and running around in the fresh air. It's good to get a bit of exercise and have some freedom.

Art

We have just been doing a great project about sculptures. We went on a school trip, where there were sculptures outside, which we could look at and touch. It was good because it linked in with geography as well. Then we could make our own sculptures too. We made them out of soap, which was fun.

DT

We like doing this subject because you can make models and it mixes in with other subjects. Sometimes you can learn about things and then make something to remind you about it. It gives everyone a chance to take part.

School Trips

School trips are the best! We love going on them. We have been to Wicksteed Park and lots of other places. It is a good chance to learn about things around us. We went to see a mosque and that was interesting because it teaches you to respect others.

Sports

We love sport at our school. We sometimes go to cluster sports with other schools. We do relay races and running races.

Assemblies and Plays

We love doing drama and doing things in assembly to show the rest of the school.
