Extra-Curricular Activities
We try to provide a range of out-of-school activities and educational visits, but these are only possible due to the good will of the teaching staff and parents. There are opportunities for:
- Recorders
- Netball
- Athletics
- St. Johns Ambulance
- ICT
- Football
- Cross Country Running
- Basketball
- Drama
In Year 6 children are given the opportunity to take their Cycling Proficiency Test. This involves learning about safety on the road and acquiring essential cycling skills. Children receive a practical and a written test at the end of the course.
Any offers from parents who can give extra help in school or with an out-of-school activity e.g. cricket would be very welcome.
